Spin

[Click for full size image] Spin is a new combination of the older nip4 and sip4 programs. In the above screendump we see some of spin's nucleotide analysis features. In clockwise order from the top left it contains the main output window (showing the results of a string search), the string search dialogue, a graphical plot of coding likelihood and stop codons, and the scrolling sequence display showing a three phase translation and restriction enzymes.

In clockwise order from the top left, the screendump contains the dotplot containing similarity between two sequences and an alignment, the main menus and output window, and the scrolled sequence comparator.
